Throughout\u00a02025, we focussed on\u00a0creating\u00a0stronger bonds with our participants and\u00a0nurturing\u00a0a\u00a0secure\u00a0space\u00a0to give\u00a0their\u00a0confidence\u00a0and skills\u00a0room\u00a0to grow\u00a0by providing\u00a0more\u00a0workshops over multiple sessions.\u00a0We also\u00a0sought\u00a0to continue improving the quality of our services and professionalising our\u00a0organisation while\u00a0maintaining\u00a0our grassroots approach. In this way,\u00a0our commitment to building an\u00a0inclusive environment where active participation is encouraged and valued\u00a0is\u00a0also\u00a0reflected\u00a0internally in our organisation.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

As 2026 continues, we aim to continue building a diverse community by reaching\u00a0even\u00a0more girls\u00a0throughout\u00a0Switzerland, extending our reach to rural areas. We are also excited to create new curricula with a focus\u00a0on\u00a0artificial intelligence and cybersecurity.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>
