As it has been a great success we are now continuing with new students in the spring semester of 2024!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>How is GirlsCodeToo involved?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We started course with an introduction to programming, using ImagiCharm Keychains. Following the basics of programming taught at the start, the students created their own pixelated designs in Python. The ImagiCharm Keychains are used to display the coded designs and see live how changing code lines on a computer directly changes the output.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full is-resized\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/girlscodetoo.ch\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/02\/image-1024x576-1.png\" alt=\"Smartphone displaying code and an ImagiCharm keychain\" class=\"wp-image-38492\" width=\"512\" height=\"288\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>In the Robotics part of the course, we made an introduction about technology, mechanics and robotics, before moving on to the important part: programming the robots! We used the Lego Mindstorms&#8217; robots, which we can program in Python.
