Throughout 2025, we focussed on creating stronger bonds with our participants and nurturing a secure space to give their confidence and skills room to grow by providing more workshops over multiple sessions. We also sought to continue improving the quality of our services and professionalising our organisation while maintaining our grassroots approach. In this way, our commitment to building an inclusive environment where active participation is encouraged and valued is also reflected internally in our organisation. 

As 2026 continues, we aim to continue building a diverse community by reaching even more girls throughout Switzerland, extending our reach to rural areas. We are also excited to create new curricula with a focus on artificial intelligence and cybersecurity. 

Thank you sincerely to all of our partners and donors for supporting us in our goal to close the gender gap in STEM. We also thank our participants, instructors, volunteers and team for making this a supportive, motivated and compassionate community. Your support made our 2025, and will lead us towards our goals in 2026 💖👾
